Operations Manager

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the smooth functioning of all desperations and proper deployment of the team 

Contract Management includes all contacts

To liaise with all clients on operations arrangement, queries and complaints vault control and monitoring with regular audit checks by clients and finance staff

Monthly inspections on frontline crew operation

Submission of tenders and service proposals upon client’s request

Cost control and resources planning

To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business/ Finance or related discipline

At least 4 years work experience in operations/ management at supervisory level with the ability of command and control

Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Possess a decent and trustworthy character

Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

To assist and handle the work that assigned by Sales Manager and Superior 

To achieve & exceed sales target by continuously identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing clients

To conduct research and prepare reports on market trend and competitors activities

Material Sourcing and prepare quotations for clients

To able to handle projects independently

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications

At least 1 to 2 years sales experience, preferably in Security Personnel or Property Management industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Customer Liasion Officer

Responsibilities

To assist and handle the work that assigned by Senior Customer Liaison Officer and Superior

To build-up long-term relationships with customers to generate recurring business

To review pricing and profitability or key customers while supporting related sales duties

To able to handle projects independently

To manage / prepare new / renew contract, quotation / tender

Assist monthly billing matters 

To perform any other duties assigned from time to time 

Qualifications

Degree or above

At least 1 to 2 years customer service experience, preferably in Security Personnel or Property Management industry

MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) reading, writing and spoken

Project Officer

Responsibilities

To strengthen the Technical Operations Support for coming Internal & External Projects (with included ELV products, new products & Services Deployment), assure the quality services delivery

To Support on-site FLM/SLM operations of new products & Services

To Support & Coordinate with other Operations team / Sub-Contractor for assure the SLA

To Conduct Lab Test / UAT for new products

To support new products sourcing to fulfill the markets needs

To handle and solve client query ( products level )

To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.  (This must be given as last item.) 

Qualifications

Discipline of electrical and electronic equipment

Proven ELV operations experience

With project management / supervision experiences will be preferable

With products & services development experiences will be referrable

MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) reading, writing and spoken

ATM Officer

Responsibilities

To assist the ATM team in the day to day operations, to ensure a professional standard of service delivery is achieved

To carry out ATM replenishment duty

To carry out first line maintenance service for ATM, PCD, CQM and GCM

To assist official technician to provide second line maintenance service for ATM, PCD, CQM and GCM

To use electronic tool to operate ATM safe lock

Qualifications

Secondary education or above

With related experience is preferred

English & Chinese (spoken & written) compulsory

Computer knowledge (Excel, Word) compulsory

Work independently and under pressure

Control Officer (控制中心主任)

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls & make registration of the related cases in Log-Book

Monitor guards book-on/off and teleprotection using MMS

Coordinate with schedulers about the scheduling matters

Responsible to monitor the premises within the company through CCTV system in control room

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Secondary school graduate or above

Possess control room working experience preferred.

Good command in spoken & written Chinese and English.

Proficient in MS application, e.g.: Excel, Word, etc

Control Room Officer (保安運輸督察)

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries by telephonically

Manage and resolve customer complaints

Provide customers with product and service information

Enter new customer information into system

Update existing customer information

Process order, forms and applications

Identify and escalate priority issues

Follow up customer calls where necessary

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Complete call logs

Produce call reports

Qualifications

High school or equivalent

Proficient in relevant computer applications

Required language proficiency, fluency in Cantonese, good in Mandarin & English

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Some experience in call center or customer service environment

Good data entry and typing skills

Knowledge of administration and clerical processes

Ordinary Security Guard (保安員)

Responsibilities 主要職責

Be deployed in various posts (including single guard posts and/ or multiple-guard posts) rendering security service to clients 至指定的崗位(單一或多個保安崗位)為客戶提供保安等服務

Arrive the designated post punctually 準時到達被指的崗位

Protect life and property within the designated premises by performing the duties dictated within the Post Standing Orders and Guardforce Standing 依崗位指示及公司規定維持及維護客戶之生命財產等的一般保安、客戶服務及接待工作

Keep good communication with the client 維持與客戶間的溝通

Maintain the public order within the assigned post 於崗位內維持公共秩序等

Carry out regular inspection to the assigned area as directed by your supervisor 依主管指示於特定地點巡邏視察

Qualifications 入職要求

Primary school graduate or above 小學程度或以上

Dress in tidy uniform with proper and dignified behavior and conduct while on duty 需穿著制服工作

Possess security service experience preferred 有保安經驗者優先考慮

Required to work shifts 需輪班工作

Strong, fit, no criminal record, honest, punctual & reliable 精神良好、身體健康、無犯罪記錄、誠實、服從、守時、遵守紀律及有責任心
