Sales Manger
Develops and executes annual sales plan for hotel, including the development of promotions, forecasting, and profit planning by item, market, customer, and period;
Manage to and maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required;
Drive regional sales force performance through leadership, vision, and motivation;
Work closely with management and marketing to analyse business trends, capture opportunities for growth and development of action plans to maximize sales;

Assistant Sales Manger
Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Sales Manager (including section on Corporate Accounts).
Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month.
Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Sales Manager and Marketing on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior and after the week is completed.
Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references.
Records all daily sales.
Records the statistics of his/her sales accounts.
Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
Keeps himself/herself well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Banqueting etc.).
Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis - quarterly or more often if need be).
Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conducting, site inspections and presentations etc. of the hotel.

Recreation Manager
Oversee daily recreation operations and maintain schedule, planning and coordinating events, programs, and activities.

Account Payable
To collect and review all documents necessary for the preparation of the payment run (purchase request, purchase order, receiving record, invoice, etc.)
Ensure the mathematical accuracy, legitimacy and completeness of the transaction before filing them by Supplier name, awaiting payment.
To prepare Payable Vouchers and initiate the payment process in a timely manner.
To perform all Accounts Payable sub-ledger postings and to verify that Accounts Payable sub-ledger and General Ledger balances agree.
To maintain the filing system for creditors’ and ensure that on-hand outstanding invoices match with A/P ageing report as per the system.
To perform monthly reconciliations between A/P sub ledger accounts and supplier statements.
To print a system generated payment summary and ensure the prompt payment of all invoices selected.
Stamping all documents “paid” once the payment approval process is completed, to prevent the risk of double payment in the future.
To properly monitor the issuance of cheques and the safeguard of any unused cheques.
Cost Controller
To verify that officer checks (duty meals), F&B entertainment checks are processed according to the procedure and to prepare a daily entertainment report.
To cost all recipes, inter-kitchen transfers and any food and beverage consumed by the hotel employees (staff meals).
To define minimum and maximum stock levels, par stock management systems and to ensure the compliance with the relevant departments.
To ensure all goods received and delivered in and out of the hotel stores are properly documented and accounted for.
To perform daily and monthly Food and Beverage reconciliations, using POS-generated sales analysis reports and ensuring that all discrepancies are explained.
To perform the physical count of all storeroom stocks and month-end inventory, with final balances to be reconciled with the general ledger month-end balance.
To report the daily and monthly F&B costs with emphasis and detailed analysis on exceptional variances such as trend of cost of sales ratios, slow moving items, breakage & loss, etc.
